Ahmedabad, Oct 20 (PTI) The Election Commission which had sealed 250 of the 272 printing presses in the city yesterday for failing to file declaration about printing jobs undertaken by them were de-sealed today after they complied with the directive, district election officers said today. "As almost all of them have filed their declaration, de-sealing orders have been issued," district collector and chief district election officer Vijay Nehra told reporters today. Filing of declaration of printing jobs is mandatory under the Representation of People's Act with the Model Code of Conduct coming into effect following the announcement of poll dates, he said.
